Paul is a corporate lawyer by training, having qualified with leading UK firm Burness Paull before spending several years at pre-eminent M&A and Corporate Finance firm Dickson Minto.
Through this background, Paul developed deep experience across fundraising, investments, acquisitions, disposals, and complex commercial arrangements advising on the full lifecycle of growth, ownership transition, and value realisation. His expertise spans shareholder structures, incentive schemes, commercial contracts, and strategic transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
Paul’s automotive sector experience covers start-ups and scaling SMEs through to private equity-backed portfolio companies, investment funds, and public companies across the UK, USA, and MEA.
